Image print size calculator: pixels to inches and cm
Calculate a photo’s physical print dimensions at a chosen pixels-per-inch resolution without uploading the image.
How to use this tool
Enter the pixel width and height from your image file, then choose a target PPI (pixels per inch). Print dimensions in inches = pixels ÷ PPI; multiply by 2.54 for centimetres. A 3,000 × 2,000 image at 300 PPI corresponds to 10 × 6.67 inches. PPI describes image sampling, while a printer’s DPI describes ink dots; they are not interchangeable. Viewing distance, image sharpness, paper and printer settings affect the result. Changing a resolution label alone does not add image detail.
