How to use this result
Sort the supplied values numerically and return the middle one, or the average of the two middle values for an even-sized list. Use it to describe the center of a list when a few extreme values would distort the mean.

Limits and edge cases
Separate numbers with whitespace, commas or semicolons. Commas are list separators; enter decimals with a point. Repeated values count as separate observations. The median is not the midpoint between the smallest and largest value.
